Mount Vernon Mills’ piece-dyed fabrics are supplied into various apparel markets such as uniforms, workwear, sportswear, and gloves. In addition to apparel, our products provide solutions to industrial markets that include filtration, upholstery, medical/hygiene, backing, and cleaning.

Production capabilities include warping, slashing, weaving, preparation, surface finishing (e.g., sanding, napping), dyeing, finishing, sanforizing, inspection, and testing.

The Company manufactures fabrics for shirtings, pant weights, and outerwear, and products include twills, drills, duck, canvases, ripstops, and plain weave fabrics from 4 ounces to 12 ounces.

This product line encompasses 4 to 13-ounce woven fabrics utilizing cotton, polyester, nylon, and spandex blends.  The company’s technical finishing capabilities include:

Moisture Management / C0 DWR
Surface Modification / Sueding / Napping
Dye to match shades with various fastness requirements

All MVM’s fabrics are dyed and finished in the U.S. using fiber-forward greige (Berry Compliant), yarn-forward greige (USMCA Compliant), or imported greige (TPL application).
